CANCELLATION POLICY

Fairport exim provides the facility to its users to cancel the orders if they wish to change their mind. Please refer to the follwing points in regards to cancellation of orders.

Order cancel is done in full and no partial cancellation is available.
Order cancellation can be done only until the order is not invoiced. Once the order is placed it is being processed and checked against Fraud before getting invoiced. During that time it is open for cancellation by the customer. Once the order gets invoiced, it will be shipped by the shipping services after which it can be exchanged if the customer feels so. Once the order is cancelled, a refund is initiated for payment, if it was done. For details about refund, please refer to Refund Policy.
